The hotel only offers valet parking. Valet parking fee is daily $45 plus tax per night, per vehicle with in and out privileges. Self-parking is available at the Shops at Rivercenter and other nearby parking garages, pricing will vary.
Stress-free & Flexible Cancellation up to 24 hours, fee is waived. Should you cancel within the penalty period or in case of a no-show we will charge one night's room plus tax.
Sunday 5PM Late Check-out, Fee $35. Available for Sunday departures only. Restricted to certain room types. Not available on holiday weekends. Black-out dates may apply. Taxes not included.
Non-refundable pet fee: $125 per pet, per stay. Pets may not be left unattended. An additional non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax will be assessed for a second pet, maximum two (2) pets. Maximum weight 25lbs each.
Rollaway bed based on availability, $20 fee per stay plus hotel occupancy taxes. Room type permitting. Limit one per room.
Pool Hours: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Incidental Charges: A minimum hold of $75 per day, placed on your credit/debit card, is required for incidental charges.

Please note this is a 100% SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. This includes E-Cigarettes and Vaping. A USD $250.00 fine will be assessed for guests found smoking where prohibited including but not limited to guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. The fine will also be assessed to any room where smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes have been used.
